What Is Covered
Delamination
If the coating separates from the concrete at any point after installation, we come back and fix it at no charge. This is the failure mode that matters. It does not happen when prep is done correctly.
Peeling and bubbling
Surface peeling or bubbling caused by installation defects is covered in full. If it peels because of how it was installed, that is on us.
Hot-tire pickup
Our polyaspartic topcoat is rated for vehicle traffic and hot-tire contact. If the topcoat lifts under normal residential vehicle use, it is covered.
Transferable coverage
Selling the home? The warranty transfers to the new owner. A warranted floor is a selling point — we provide written documentation for disclosure.
What Is Not Covered
Impact damage
Dropped tools, heavy equipment impacts, and physical damage to the coating surface are wear-and-tear, not installation defects.
Chemical damage beyond normal use
Prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals beyond what the specified system is rated for. We confirm chemical exposure at the estimate and specify the correct system.
Topcoat wear in commercial environments
The decorative topcoat in heavy commercial or industrial environments has a finite service life under continuous traffic. Structural adhesion is covered; cosmetic wear under abnormal commercial load is not.
Why Our Warranty Is Credible
No other floor coating company can offer a genuine lifetime delamination warranty without controlling the prep. The prep is the warranty. Contractors who skip diamond grinding or moisture testing cannot offer this — if a floor fails in 18 months from moisture vapour delamination, no warranty language covers for the real cause. Charlotte Epoxy Pro diamond-grinds every slab, tests moisture on every below-grade and ground-level install, and applies a moisture-mitigation primer where readings require it. The warranty is the output of that process, not a marketing claim layered on top of it.

A crew member visits to inspect. Most claims are assessed within 5 business days of contact.

If the issue is covered, we schedule the repair at no charge. No runaround, no third-party process.
